Definitely this won’t be the last time My experience was exceptional, i had such a great time . Everything was handled very smoothly, the staff are very welcoming no matter what i asked for They were always keen to deliver a perfect service quality We had a breathtaking room called swim up rooms with a lovely greenery view Rooms were cleaned very well Majority of food quality was top especially seafood We had a wonderful experience, and KARIM took excellent care of us throughout our stay. He was attentive, professional, and always willing to help. His outstanding service made our visit even more enjoyable.

One of the best hotels in Hurghada, the staff are very helpful and nice especially Mr kareem was extremely good, he was always responding to our needs and caring. The hotel is full of activities day, night and everywhere! You also can get access to the aqua in the other hotel which was super fantastic. We really had a great time Will get back again !
