Alliance
Arab Air Carriers Organisation is a non-political non-profit organisation in Beirut, Lebanon. The organization was set up upon the recommendation of the Transport Committee of the League of Arab States. With its main goal to promote cooperation, quality and safety standards they offer industry course in various aviation management programs and training in Human Resources which help airlines achieve in their training budgets among the Arab airlines. International Civil Aviation Organization signed an agreement with AACO that the airlines will have 0% growth of their emissions by 2020.

World Travel Awards has honoured Oman Air with notable awards which include ‘Middle East’s Leading Airline, Business Class’ and ‘Middle East’s Leading Airline, Economy Class’.
Sinbad, Oman Air’s frequent flyer programme has been awarded World’s Leading Airline Rewards programme in 2018 and World’s Leading Airline - Economy Class.

Class of Travel
Oman Air provides three classes of travel:
Business studio passenger is provided with spacious layout, classic lie-flat seats, privacy walls, 23 inch personal screen and free Wi-Fi connectivity.
Business class guests come with access to ample storage space and easy aisle access.
Economy class passengers can have a comfortable flight with the adjustable head and leg rests with leg room.

Baggage Allowance
Oman Air’s baggage allowance varies with every class, they allow 2 pieces coming up-to 30 kg baggage for Economy and 2 bags weighing 50 kg for Business and Business studio.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Sindbad offers a three-tier membership which is upgraded every time you travel. Sinbad Blue Member is the stater card where one can avail 5% discount on in-flight Duty-free products along with Class bonus miles.
After travelling 20,000 tier miles, passengers get upgraded to the Silver tier where they can enjoy excess baggage along with access to Business class lounges before boarding. All Silver tier members are checked-in at the Business class counter regardless of the selected class of travel. With 40,000 tier miles, passengers are upgraded to the Gold Tier which comes with complimentary vouchers to upgrade to Business class, The tier miles can be redeemed to upgrade to Business studio along with priority baggage delivery on arrival.
Junior Sindbad is a flyer program for children from the age of 4 to 12, they can participate in onboard fun activities where one can win a free flight. In an initiative for a green environment, Oman Air has introduced digital Sinbad cards which can be used instead of a physical card.

In-flight Services
Oman Air is equipped with state of art in-flight entertainment, ARIA which is newly designed system which provides the latest movies and a variety of audio and games.
Inflight connectivity is available for passengers where one can send SMS, calls and check emails and use social media.
Sky Emporium allows guests to purchase products which are integrated with the ARIA system.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time."

Onboard Support
Oman Air provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. The Airport Customer Services units assist in check-in and departure procedures, receiving an unaccompanied minor, demonstration of seatbelt safety to children.

Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Oman Air’s sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
